- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 large lime
- 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
Pit the avocados and scoop out the flesh into a large bowl. Using a fork or pastry cutter, smash avocados to your heart’s content.
Half and remove seeds & liquid from tomatos; cut into 1/4″ cubes and add to avocado flesh.
Add zest of lime, then cut lime in half and add juice of just HALF of the lime. Add salt and chili powder to taste and combine until well blended.
Serve with Blue Corn Chips.
